Sustainable sourcing expert Elena Beraldo launched her own company, Skin of Nature. Their conscious active-lifestyle apparel line, Aquatilis, draws inspiration from marine biologist and underwater photographer Alexander Semenov.

Compared to traditional processes, each piece is created in small quantities using 100% recycled polyester yarns from recovered plastic bottles, which results in a 30% reduction in carbon footprint, 20% less water waste, and 60% less energy use.

Skin of Nature donates 1% of the sales of the Aquatilis line to Semenov's organization, which supports marine conservation initiatives, as an additional way to show their dedication to reducing their environmental effect.
